President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has forwarded One trillion four hundred and eighty one Billion Naira 2025 Rivers Budget Proposal to the House of Representatives.
In the letter read on the floor of the house by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Abbas Tajudeen, the President said his action was in line with the Provisions of the Constitution.
President Tinubu said his action followed the absence of the Rivers State House of Assembly following the declaration of State of Emergency,
