Gov. AbdulRahman commiserates with Emir of Ilorin on demise of Emirates’ District Heads

Emir appeals to Kwarans for continuous support of the present administration

Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, State Traditional Rulers Council, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu – Gambari over the demise of the District Head of Ballah, Alhaji Yahaya AbdulKadir and Daudu of Baboko, Alhaji Bayero.

The Governor’s delegation led by the Senior Special Assistant on Religious Matters, Alhaji Ibrahim Danmaigoro, said the Governor and Sardauna of Ilorin who was unavoidably absent due to official engagements condoled with the Emir and the people of the Emirate on the death of the District Heads.

Governor AbdulRazaq appreciated the Emir’s fatherly support and prayer which as continue to assisting his administration  to record meaningful achievements.

Responding, the Emir of Ilorin, called on Kwarans to give maximum support to Governor AbdulRazaq in his efforts to deliver dividends of democracy to the people in nooks and crannies of the State.

Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu – Gambari expressed delight on the success and progress of the Kwara State Governor.”

“The Governor was here with me when he was announced as the Chairman Nigeria Governors Forum and at the same time, he was conferred with national honour award of Commander of Order of the Niger (CON) and also he was re-elected for Second term”

“These three honours are really well-deserved and we are always very proud of his achievements. May Almighty Allah continue to strengthen and protect him,” the Emir asserted.

The delegation includes the Senior Advisor /Counselor to the Governor, Alhaji Saadu Salahudeen, Special Adviser Special Duties, Alhaji AbdulRazaq Jiddah and Chairman Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Alhaji Lateef Alakawa.
