By: Janet Oye – Asiyan The Kwara Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, KWACCIMA says the 12th Kwara Trade Fair will showcase the natural minerals, agricultural, cultural and Human Resources deposited in Kwara state to attracting local and foreign investors to the State for accelerated development of commerce and industry. The Chairman, 12th Kwara Trade Fair Organizing Committee, Dr Ibrahim Hassan Sanni made this known at a Press Conference held at the KWACCIMA Secretariat in Ilorin, the State Capital. While declaring the theme of the 12th Kwara Trade Fair, as “Empowering Local Entrepreneurs for Global competitiveness “ Dr. Sanni maintained that the theme is in line with KWACCIMA’s commitment and assurance to exhibitors, intending visitors and the wider business community of the benefits and opportunities for foreign and local private investment in strategic areas. He stated that this year’s trade fair will kick-off on December 5th and to end on December 15th at the Kwara Stadium Complex, Ilorin from 8:00am to 6:00pm daily, with subsidized participation fees for exhibitors, free entry for visitors, musical concert, and children fair arena. The Chairman of the Committee appreciated Governor Abdulrahman Abdurazaq for his support towards organizing a consistent and successful Kwara trade fair in the state since inception of this administration. The Press Conference had in attendance the executive members of KWACCIMA, led by its President, Engineer Abu Salami and some government officials.
