The President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Dr. Omar Alieu TOURAY is visiting the Lagos/Seme border today.
The aim of the visit is to meet with Community Citizens at the border and listen to their concerns on obstacles to free movement of people and goods at the border.
